What data is collected

When you send the contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), type of property and message. The form service also records your IP address to block spam.

Why

To reply to your request and talk about your project. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who else processes it

• Web3Forms: delivers the form to our email.
• Google (Gmail): stores the emails.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website, loads its scripts and forwards email. It may log technical data such as your IP address for security.

How long

Your request is kept as long as needed to handle it, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless we sign a contract.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its use, or get a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to office@bg-solutions.pl. You can also file a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
